Norway Post’s new divisional structure comes into force as from 21 June.
The Bring and Posten brands will be maintained as they are at present. However, the names of the various specialists in Bring will be adapted to the new Group structure.
The boards of directors of EDB Business Partner ASA and ErgoGroup AS have agreed to recommend to their shareholders a combination of EDB and ErgoGroup to create a leading Nordic IT vendor, with the capacity for accelerated organic growth and financial strength that will allow it to take advantage of strategic and structural opportunities
