Racism-free zone

There is no place for racist behaviour in Norway Post’s value system. Norway Post’s activities are characterised by honesty and respect for our customers, partners and suppliers.

Over 70 nationalities are represented among Norway Post’s employees and the message is clear; when you cross the doorstep into Norway Post, you enter a racism-free zone. Here there is a place for everyone, irrespective of colour, religion, disability or cultural heritage.

In December 2000 Norway Post, Norwegian Peoples Aid and Postkom signed an agreement to make Norway Post a racism-free zone. Under the agreement, Norway Post is obligated to work for equality for its users and to assure diversity among its employees.

Norway Post’s goal is to work towards equality for all its staff, irrespective of their ethnic background. As an employer, Norway Post has a responsibility for shaping a good working environment for all of its employees, irrespective of colour, race, ethnic, cultural or religious background. Norway Post will not tolerate racism towards employees, customers or suppliers anywhere in the concern.
