In December 2000 Norway Post, Norwegian Peoples Aid and Postkom signed an agreement to make Norway Post a racism-free zone. Under the agreement, Norway Post is obligated to work for equality for its users and to assure diversity among its employees.
Norway Post’s goal is to work towards equality for all its staff, irrespective of their ethnic background. As an employer, Norway Post has a responsibility for shaping a good working environment for all of its employees, irrespective of colour, race, ethnic, cultural or religious background.
