In June 2002 Norway Post became the first major Norwegian business to enter into the cooperation agreement known as Inclusive Working Life.
The intentions and objectives of this cooperation agreement are integrated and implemented as a part of Norway Post’s systematic HSE work. The purpose of the agreement on Inclusive Working Life is to formalise the parties’ obligations to work towards an improved working environment, reduced absence due to sickness, inclusion of employees with impaired abilities and prevention of early retirement.
