A good reputation and strong competitiveness starts from within. Values, leadership principles and ethical guidelines are the common rules we live by and part of the glue that binds our group together.
The rules we live by guide all our decisions. They don't give us concrete answers as to how we should behave and manage in a particular situation, but steer us so we can make a good assessment. In a world where everything is moving increasingly faster, good judgement, intuition and basic reaction are essential.
The development of our values must be balanced against economic efficiency and an ethical, value-based and involving leadership which takes into consideration long-term jobs and an attractive workplace.
Values
In a large group like ours, common values are important. Common values are part of the glue that binds a many-sided

Our five values:
Honesty
Respect
Collaboration
Openness
Courage
