Norway Post’s group structure comprises four divisions and three corporate staffs. The divisions have full business responsibility with the role of developing and providing competitive solutions to meet existing and new customer requirements both individually and together.
The Post, Logistics and ErgoGroup divisions are market-oriented divisions, while the Distribution Network division is an operations unit. The corporate staffs are development-oriented competence units, comprising the chief executive officer, board of directors and the company’s divisions.
Corporate Communications:
Corporate Communications aims to strengthen Norway Post’s reputation and profile, ensure Norway Post’s views attract
greater
attention in the media, have effective information and web channels, prepare brand and communication strategy, and help ensure
the Group’s employees are well-informed, proud and motivated.
Corporate staff HR/HMS:
Corporate staff HR/HMS has overall responsibility for the Group’s work of developing employees and the organisation.
The staff
handle personnel administration documents, agreements with worker organisations, group-wide training courses and development
measures, and provides professional help to Group management.
Corporate staff Accounts and Finance:
Corporate staff Accounts and Finance has responsibility and expertise within a broad range of professional areas, such
as
accounts, finance, purchasing, law, M&A (mergers/acquisitions/sales), strategy, contact with the authorities, ICT and
internal
property management (Posten Eiendom AS).
