About Norway Post’s Trainee programme
Norway Post’s 2-year trainee programme consists of 3 internships, lasting 6-8 months, as well as two shorter
periods in operations,
one of them in a practising managerial position
Main characteristics of the programme:
- Major involvement in the choice of internships, professional fields and location of internship.
- Challenging tasks that provide detailed knowledge of strategies, challenges and areas of investment
- Our own managerial training seminars, where the trainees work on such themes as coaching, change management and communication
- Specialist days, which focus on efficient working methods and market/value chain

- Support and follow-up from internship managers, the trainee’s personal mentor and the trainee coordinator
