About Norway Post’s Trainee programme

Norway Post’s 2-year trainee programme consists of 3 internships, lasting 6-8 months, as well as two shorter periods in operations, one of them in a practising managerial position

Main characteristics of the programme:

  • Our own managerial training seminars, where the trainees work on such themes as coaching, change management and communication
